1.What kinds of display does ESEN have?
ESEN is specializing in manufacturing TFT LCD display, Monochrome
LCD display,Touch Screen, customized LCD panel, COB and COG
display.
2.How can I find the right product?
Please send us your requirements or datasheet, we will recommend
our standard products, if it’s not fit, we will do the necessary
adjustment & customization.
3. Do you accept sample order or small quantity order?
Yes, you can place sample orders for testing first, and small
quantity order as pilot production (no less than MOQ)
4. What are the payment terms?
We usually accept T/T, L/C, other terms to be negotiated.
5.What’s the lead time?
Usually 3~5 days for sample orders if goods are in stock, and 4~5
weeks for mass production (basing on the quantity and particular
product).
6. What is the process of your product customization service?
We will conduct a project assessment based on your requirements →
provide you with a quotation → have you sign the quotation → you
pay 100% of the mold fee and the sample fee in advance → we arrange
engineers to draw the drawings (within three working days) → after
confirming the drawings, we will arrange for sample production →
the samples will be sent to you within two to three weeks for
confirmation of consistency with the drawings → after confirming
there are no issues, product verification tests can be conducted →
we will cooperate with you to modify the design based on your test
results and all problems encountered during the process, and
resubmit samples → until you are satisfied → sign the contract and
prepay 30% of the payment → mass production → delivery →
after-sales service.
